Tetra Pak Prints

Tetra Pak printmaking uses recycled tetra pak material from consumer goods like juice or broth to create a dry point engraving effect. The metallic inside of the container is cut using a metal point to create lines or pealed back to show sections of the underlying cardboard. When ink is applied, the exposed cardboard soaks in the ink while the metallic portions do not, creating a two value image.
